El Tumulto se efectuó entre el frontispicio de la Iglesia Catedral y la balaustrada de la plaza hacia el Oriente. Los personajes inmediatos al Capitán General son ilustres cabildantes que le precisaron a pasar a la Sala Consistorial donde quedó sellada la Gloriosa revolución que ha dado independencia y libertad a casi todo el nuevo mundo.")
